Title: Introduction and first reading of an ordinance amending Washoe County Code (WCC) Chapter 50 (Public Peace, Safety and Morals) to clarify the definition and determination of blight; to add language to the definition of “obstruction” to include reference to public easements; to declare the storage of vehicles or materials as items that may not cause an obstruction; to amend the definition of “public view” to include public access easements and publicly maintained trails; to clarify the term “regularly used location”; and to declare that residing in a recreational vehicle in an unauthorized manner is a public nuisance; and all matters necessarily connected therewith and pertaining thereto. And if introduced, set the second reading and public hearing for possible adoption of the ordinance for November 17, 2026. Community Services. (All Commission Districts.) FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
