Recommendation to approve budget amendments totaling an increase of [$575,493.00; $58,086.90 in county match] in both revenue and expense to the FY26 H5N1- HPP Subaward, retroactive to July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, for the Population Health (PHD) Division to support the preparedness and response needs of the health delivery system for emerging special pathogen threats, such as avian influenza or bird flu. Maintain existing and create new activities to increase the capability to bolster preparedness and response activities for emerging threats, and direct Finance to make the appropriate budget amendments.
