Recommendation, in accordance with NRS 354.598005 and NRS 433.472, to approve a cross-functional transfer of Washoe Opioid Abatement and Recovery Fund (WOARF) non-bankruptcy funds through the One Nevada Agreement, to DNA Global in the total amount of [$299,767.13], to government entities or nonprofit organizations created for charitable, religious, or educational purposes; approve associated resolutions, for the program evaluation of the CrossRoads program, approve a cross-functional transfer of all remaining Washoe Opioid Abatement and Recovery Fund (WOARF) non-bankruptcy and bankruptcy funds and future funds from General Government to Health and Sanitation and, if approved, direct Finance to make necessary net zero cross-fund and/or cross-functional budget appropriation transfers and budget amendments.
